Joyce Welcomes New Head of Finance

We're pleased to announce the appointment of Nischal Narayan as the company’s National Finance Manager and Company Secretary. 

Nischal is an experienced senior financial professional who has worked in three countries - Fiji, PNG and Australia. 

“My work both here and overseas has exposed me to a wide platform of potential and real issues faced by most businesses. This has been beneficial in both my personal and professional development.”

His career started at KPMG where he honed his skills as an auditor. He later assumed the CFO role at an Internet Service Provider and most recently, he worked as a financial controller in the manufacturing sector. 

Nischal will be responsible for all aspects of financial control and management. He'll also oversee the company's statutory and regulatory reporting and compliance, performance analysis, and financial planning and forecasting.

Nischal is a qualified CPA and plans to complete an MBA from UNSW by the end of 2021.

When not at work, he enjoys reading, tending to his vegetable garden, fishing with his family, trekking, cooking and movies. A committed family man, Nischal enjoys spending time with his daughter at their local skating rink. “My daughter is an avid figure skater, so I’m ‘rink side’ 4 days a week.”
